An international crew of astronauts celebrated Thanksgiving in an
unusual way yesterday. The team enjoyed a special 'spacegiving feast' of
rehydrated foods, on board the International Space Station.
In a photograph published by Nasa, the six astronauts can be seen
enjoying their meal, which included rehydrated turkey, stuffing,
potatoes and vegetables.
The crew of six has been on board the ISS since 30 October, when three
Nasa astronauts blasted off on the 'Expedition 50' mission that will
last until 20 April next year.
