Former Minister of Transport in GEJ's administration, Idris Umar, defects to APC

Former Minister of Transport during the Jonathan administration, Idris Umar and his supporters over the weekend announced their defection from PDP to APC. Umar announced their defection to APC at his hometown in Dadin Kowa, Yamaltu/Deba local government of Gombe State.


“After several deliberations and consultations, we decided to join the APC, in other to join our friends and brothers who have gone before us, to revive the political glory of our state, and bring about massive development” he said
Umar was one of the founding leaders of PDP in Gombe state. According to some sources, Umar is planning to run for governor of Gombe state in 2019 under APC

Another episode of their never ending beef started after  Davido  dedicated a section of the lyrics in Olamide’s latest single, Summer Body to  Wizkid .
