But he insists all he wants to do is change people's perceptions of 'asylum seekers'.
Antonio originally escaped to Germany aged 15 with his family when Islamic State militants seized parts of Syria and Iraq and civil war broke out in 2012.
The now 19-year-old Berliner - who back home worked in a theatre - claims he always secretly harboured an ambition to work in adult entertainment.
As pornography is banned across the Middle East, it's only been living with refugee status in Germany therefore that Antonio has been able to pursue the career he always dreamed of - having now launched himself under the name "The Syrian Pornstar".
He not only stars in porn films which are making waves on adult websites throughout the West - but has got involved in making them too, describing himself as a 'Syrian Adult Performer/Filmmaker XXX' on his Twitter profile.
Antonio says his family have received threatening emails and Twitter messages on a daily basis since his new career became public - and they are far from supportive of his choice of career.
