Old Pervert Caught On Camera Looking Up Womens' Skirts In A Mall. Photos

A pervert has been charged with voyeurism after security cameras captured him peering up womens' skirts in a Walmart. CCTV footage released by police Sarasota, Florida, shows Alan Ralph wandering the aisles with a trolley pretending to be a normal customer.



But in fact he is identifying women as potential victims. When their backs are turned, he blatantly tries to look up their skirts.On some occasions he even got down on hands and knees.

Police said a victim first reported his vile behaviour on October 29 in a Walmart. They later traced him to another grocery store and a sports shop and found he was doing the same thing there.

Police believe there may be more victims and urged anyone who feels they may have been targeted to come forward.

The Nigerian army said on Wednesday, that it had intercepted 37 people 37 people , who were suspected to be wives and children of the boko haram terrorists. The army spokesman, Brig.-Gen.
