ASUU Says no to Invitation For Talks From FGThe Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) have turned down an invitation by the Federal Government to a meeting scheduled for today.
News reports from Channels Television, ASUU President, Biodun Ogunyemi, confirmed that the union will not attend the meeting.
He said;
“ASUU has met, discussed the new offer from the FG and submitted a proposal to the government. Consequently, the union will only honour another meeting after receiving a reply to their proposal from the government”.

Another episode of their never ending beef started after  Davido  dedicated a section of the lyrics in Olamide’s latest single, Summer Body to  Wizkid . Photos: Police recover 300 cows from notorious cattle rustlers in Niger State

Niger State Police Command  trailed notorious cattle rustlers terrorizing  Rafi Local Government  and environs into Baga-Baga forest of Allawa and Kwasa-Kwasa forest of B/Gwari in Kaduna State and recovered 300 cows and sheep they rustled from Fulani camp at Ringa village.  The cows and sheep were returned  back to the rightful owners. Police  also recovered  48 cows in Lapai and four suspects  arrested.
