A town mayor has defended his decision to bring strippers to a Christmas dinner for pensioners. Older residents of Loyoza del Valle in Madrid, were stunned when the entertainment for the night at their annual feast, turned out to be naked dancers. Diners were forced to leave out of embarrassment after the women danced between tables, reports El Correo. The town Mayor Jose Manuel Jimenez said there was no discontent at the party. He said: 'We have almost always brought singers of copla and artists of this type.'Mayor Jimenez said he made the decision to hire the dancer, and that she did not dance naked, but in a body suit making her look as those she was nude. Although some people were so embarrassed they left, others couldn't suppress their giggles and got photographs with the dancer.

A TV presenter who forgot she was sitting at a glad desk suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction – and it’s gone viral. Italian journalist Costanza Calabrese have her accidental news flash on the late night bulletin on the TV channel TG 5. The 38-year-old starts the clip with the camera close in on her face and shoulders but as she talks it begins to pan out. Sitting with her legs apart, she seems blissfully unaware that the desk is completely transparent and hides nothing. But as the camera moves out, viewers got more of an eyeful than she intended.

Bauchi state commissioner for Budget and Plnning resigns from office, accuses state governor of marginalization

Bauch State Commissioner of Budget and planning, Shehu Barau Ningi, resigned from office yesterday December 22nd. In his resignation letter made public, Ningi cited absence of a good environment to properly function as well as marginalization by the state governor as some of the reasons for his resignation. One dead, several injured as truck ploughs into traders in Igando

One life was lost and several others sustained injuries after a truck owned by Pepsi veered off the road into the midst of a number of roadside traders. Properties and wares belonging to the market were also destroyed and the contents of the truck were not spared in the damage. This sad incident occurred today,  Friday , at Igando, Lagos state. I won't condone any of my aides breaking laws- Senate President, Bukola Saraki says

Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has reacted to online reports of the raid and "arrest" of one of his aides, Ugochinyere Ikenga by DSS officials (Read  here ). In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu, Saraki said he would not condone any of his aides that breaks the law. Read the statement below. “The attention of the Senate President has been drawn to a statement issued today to the media by the Department of State Services (DSS) in which the Department raised allegations against Mr. Ugochinyere Ikenga, an aide to the Senate President.
