The war between  Senator Isah Hamman Misau  and the Inspector-General of Police,  Idris Ibrahim  took a major turn on the floor of the Senate on Wednesday. Senator Isa Misau, the lawmaker representing Bauchi Central Senatorial District, has asked the Nigerian Senate to probe the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Ibrahim Idris, over alleged corrupt practices and misconduct. Check out this 1000 years old ceremic dish from Imperial china which sold for a world record £28 million ($37.7 million) in Hong Kong yesterday. The very rare dish is around 1,000 years old and was commissioned by the imperial court during the Song dynasty. It was made by Ru guanyao, which is one of the most revered of the Five Great Kilns used during this period. The dish, which has a diameter of just 13cm and would have been used to clean brushes, has a glowing, intense blue-green glaze and ‘ice crackle’ pattern. It was offered by Sotheby’s with a guide price of £10 million ($13.24 million), but there was a fierce 20-minute bidding war and the dish eventually sold to an anonymous bidder for £28 million ($37.7 million). The auction house said the person behind the winning proposition wishes to remain anonymous, it’s unknown whether the buyer is from China mainland or elsewhere. In a recent interview with Moet Abebe of Soundcity, the rapper revealed that he’s got this habit of buying shoes most of the time, and he doesn’t just buy a pair, but in bulk. “When I see shoes I just select and buy, I love shoes a lot. Yesterday evening, former actress Caroline Danjuma alleged that a young man named Tagbo in company of Davido and his crew last night died mysteriously and he was taken to General Hospital in Davido’s car and was abandoned there by his boys. LIB reached out to Davido’s people and they told us there’s shock in Davido’s camp over Caroline’s allegations. They said Davido was at the Shisha lounge last night for a birthday party where he saw the late Tagbo and others and greeted everyone. He stayed for about an hour and left the party to another location. The source said hours after He stayed for about an hour and left the party to another location. The source said hours after Davido left, someone informed him of Tagbo’s unfortunate death. He wasn’t around Tagbo or the club when he died and it wasn’t his car that conveyed him to the hospital. The source said they don’t understand why Caroline would involve Davido in Tagbo’s unfortunate demise.
