Indigenous rapper, Olamide Adedeji, popularly known as Baddo by his numerous fans has successfully built a reputable brand as he has established that he is the voice of the street to the extent that he even released a song titled, ‘ Voice of the street .’ So, it is only natural that the young man would want to lend his voice to calls for the cessation of killings by the dreaded Badoo cult in Ikorodu area of Lagos State lest his brand name is negatively affected. But when Saturday Beats reached out to the rap artist’s manager, Alexander Okeke, to know how the ‘Eni Duro’ singer felt about the development, he simply said that the rap artist had no comment on the issue. Further probed on the issue and how it could taint the reputation of the singer who is known to be the voice of the street, the manager kept insisting that the rap artist had nothing to say. When Saturday Beats tried reaching the singer directly via his telephone, it did not connect.

According to a social media user who didn’t give the location where the sad incident occured, the man was nabbed after the young girl complained to her parents of pains in her private region and told them what had happened. Barclays Premier League Champion, Chelsea FC has completed the signing of French international midfielder, Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco on Saturday. The 22 year old midfielder, who was the main man that helped Monaco to clinch the Ligue 1 title trophy, signed a 5 year Contract with Chelsea. He was signed at the fee of  £39.7 million. Bakayoko in a statement on Chelsea website said he is happy to be at the club and play with the great team. Ogbonnaya Igwe, has been captured by the Police in Aba, Abia State, for allegedly executing his girlfriend, Ijeoma Chibuzo, for deceiving him after they had come to an agreement to terminate their un-born child. A contractor suffered a bizarre experience after he got trapped behind an ATM and was freed after sliding desperate ‘help me’ notes through the receipt slot. The man, who has not been named, was fixing a lock inside the ATM room at the Bank of America in Mesquite Street, Corpus Christi in Texas on Wednesday, when he accidentally locked himself in. Realizing he was stuck, and had left his cell phone in his truck, the contractor resorted to posting notes begging customers using the drive-through ATM for help. There was one problem, while the machine had a steady stream of customers that afternoon, the situation was so bizarre, most wrote the note off as a practical joke. One such note, which was slipped through the ATM’s receipt slot, read: ‘Please Help. I’m stuck in here, and I don’t have my phone. A banker, who only gave his name as Kingsley, has lamented the loss of his newly wedded wife, Adaoma, to gunmen suspected to be kidnappers. A wife accused of assaulting a woman she found with her husband has been found guilty and fined K5,000 or in default three months simple imprisonment. And magistrate Ireen Wishimanga has directed that the juvenile who was also involved in assaulting the woman be taken for counselling. In this matter, Mwayana Nyirongo, 30, and Miriam Banda, 17, both of Makeni Villa in Lusaka, Zambia on June 18 assaulted Edith Sankeni, occasioning her actual bodily harm. The two pleaded guilty to the offence. And when the matter came up for facts and sentencing yesterday, the State told the court that Nyirongo’s husband had borrowed a phone from Ms Sankeni, but when returning it, the husband removed a memory card. It was at this point that Nyirongo’s husband asked Ms Sankeni to follow him home so that she could get her memory card.
