Burn in Hell! Acid Victim’s Message to Ex-girlfriend Who Scarred Him

A man whose face is permanently scarred after an acid attack from his ex-girlfriend believes that she will burn in hell because she ‘doesn’t have a soul’.


Daniel Rotariu, 31, was sleeping on his bed in their Leicester home when his ex-girlfirend, Katy Leong poured 96 per pure sulphuric acid poured on him after she initially tested it on a sausage.
He was rushed to the hospital where he survived the attack but was permanently scarred on his face and upper body.

After being left severely disfigured, traumatised and suicidal, Mr Rotariu is now rebuilding his life with his new girlfriend, support worker Anna Catanga.
In an interview on Good Morning Britain, presenter Piers Morgan asked: ‘What do you feel about the person who did this to you – your former girlfriend?’
In response, Rotariu said, ‘She is going to burn in hell, I think. She doesn’t have a soul’And I have no feelings for her.’
Leong has since been sentenced to a life imprisonment for attempted murder.

The Nigerian army said on Wednesday, that it had intercepted 37 people 37 people , who were suspected to be wives and children of the boko haram terrorists. The army spokesman, Brig.-Gen. A group of Nigerian youngsters sponsored by Lagos State Government and their coordinator, Professor Kolawole Raheem, were Thursday, received by head of unit; Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Hannu Heinonen, at Finland. The participants, whose trip was funded by Lagos State Ministry of Education, were chosen based on their outstanding performance in school. The visit, however aims at enabling the youngsters have an experience of how the Finnish society works and to offer them the possibility of bringing positive examples back to Nigeria. The participants were especially interested in matters related to environment and construction, as well as the Finnish social security and education systems. These visits that have already become somewhat of a tradition are envisaged to continue in the coming years.
